Metcon (No Measure)

24 Minute EMOM with partner:

-Squat holds & Air squats

-Supermans & Sliders

-Banana & Leg lifts

-High plank & Push ups

-Dead hang & Pull ups

-Calf hold & Jump rope
As one partner works on the ecentric exercise the other is in the static hold. Switch as needed during the minute. Ring modification for bar work and lateral jumps for jump rope.
