Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drills, 

2min Jump Rope


1) “Rotisserie Chicken”

12 continuous minutes, rotate through

Front Plank, Right Plank, Left Plank, Reverse Plank

* remember this one, you will see it a bit during the “Midline Massacre Program”

          *Goal is to spend the entire 12 minutes in a  plank position

2) 21,15,9

Weighted Step Ups each leg, use 1 or 2 KBs

Burpee Box Jump Over (must do a normal box jump, then jump to other side)
