One year ago the doors officially opened to Gulfport’s first CrossFit gym. I am truly thankful for the people that I have met along the way. This has been an incredible year of meeting new people, spreading fitness, and enjoying life. We are more than a gym. GPX brings people together for a common goal. While people may join for their own various reasons, everyone brings something to the table that makes up our great community. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this and I look forward to many more awesome years.

Warm up: 2min Jump rope,  2x Hip Mobility drill, Band Lat Pull/ Band front rack

5inch worms, 10 wall Squats, 15 Strict Push Ups

2x PVC (dislocate, good morning, front squat)

Barbell clean drills+ 10 Push press+ 10 Jerk

Athlete

1) Clean and Jerk: 3×1@ 85%, 2×1@88%

2) 10rds

3 Strict Pull Ups

3 Burpee Pull ups

25 Double Unders

 

Beginner

1) 5 sets: 3 Hang Clean+ 1 Jerk

2) 10rds

6 Banded Strict Pull ups/ 10 Ring Rows

3 Burpees

35 Single Unders
