How to Join

Step 1

New to CrossFit?
Choose “No Sweat Intro” below to schedule your first session with us. You will be set up with one of our trainers for a tour of our facility, introduction to our training methods, and individualized consultation.

Experienced CrossFitter?
If you have current CrossFit experience, skip to the red sign up form at the bottom to set up your first training session with us.

Step 2

After your first session with us, one of our trainers will help you to decide which membership option is best suited for you based on your needs and current fitness level. There are no contracts and we are there to guide you.
