2x 5 Wall Squat+ 5 Goblet Squat

3 sets Barbell Snatch Warm Up: 5 reps each

(snatch pull, power snatch, snatch push press, OHS)

1) 10 min Every 30sec

1 Power Snatch

4 Overhead Squat

2) AMRAP 15

10 Wall Ball Shots

10 Burpee

10 Pull Ups

*Add 10 Wall Ball shots each round

 

BEGINNER

1) 10min, every 30 sec

1 Hang power snatch

4 Snatch Push Press

2) AMRAP 15

10 Wall Ball Shots

10 Burpee

10 Banded Pull Up- or 12 Ring Row
